I am hosting a breathwork session for the Royal Diamonds Girls Flag Football team. This team, and their coaches, are amazing!

Royal Diamonds Girls Elite Flag Football is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering young girls through flag football. They focus on building skills, confidence, leadership, and teamwork in a supportive environment. Their mission is to foster inclusivity, sportsmanship, and personal growth, helping girls thrive both on and off the field.

This breathwork session will focus on breathwork techniques they can use for a lifetime to manage stress & anxiety through the power of their breath, on and off the field.
